Mercy LIFE of Massachusetts welcomes all individuals who come to us for care, treatment, and services. Mercy LIFE of Massachusetts provides free auxiliary aids and communication services, so that people can communicate effectively with us, such as:

• Qualified sign language interpreters
• Written information in other formats (large print, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
• Free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
  • Qualified interpreters
  • Information written in other languages.
