As part of our comprehensive care, Mercy LIFE offers social services to support each senior, their caregivers, and family members. Our experienced social workers assist with counseling, caregiver education and linking participants to financial or legal guidance resources. Positioned as your advocate, our social workers provide support and guidance for important decisions regarding your wellness and quality of life.
Taking the time to evaluate factors such as risk for disease, access to food and nutritional needs is important in developing a nourishing meal plan. Our registered dieticians coordinate with your care team to assess each senior’s specific dietary needs. Nutritious breakfast and lunch meals are provided at the Mercy LIFE center. Home-delivered meals can be arranged as needed.
When you are recovering or facing health challenges, daily activities might seem daunting. Our compassionate personal care aides are available to help with everyday tasks such as bathing and dressing, meal preparation, laundry or light housekeeping. Our in-home support is designed to help you live comfortably and safely at home.
With an integrative approach to your wellness, Mercy LIFE offers spiritual care, as we treat the whole person in mind, body and spirit. Our chaplains and spiritual companions offer emotional support to participants and family alike, encouraging participants in their pursuit of spiritual connection. We offer access to your desired spiritual needs, across all faith traditions. We seek to provide peace and comfort to each participant.
Specialty medical care including dental, podiatry, optometry, and audiology services and supplies is available by our network of medical specialists. Referrals for specialty care must be approved by the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team as being medically necessary.
