Commitment to Safety

Our Commitment to Safety

Your safety is our top priority. That’s why we are taking extra steps, exceeding standards, and continuing to find new and innovative ways to keep you safe. Quality and safety are cornerstones of our care.

It’s important that you do not postpone care that you need to get healthy and stay well. Trinity Health is taking a thoughtful and careful approach to resuming all surgeries and procedures while minimizing COVID-19 related risks for you, other patients, and caregivers. We continue to be informed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local guidelines.

Steps We're Taking to Help Keep You Safe

Safe Care

Screening & Testing

Safety is one of our core values and a top priority.  As an added precaution, our clinicians are taking their own temperature twice each day to ensure they are healthy before entering a patient’s home.  All patients are screened prior to each visit, too. It’s precautionary processes like these that keep all of us safer.

Personal Protective Equipment

Procedures & P.P.E.

Our staff is trained in infection control procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment including masks, face shields, gloves, and gowns.

Virtual Care

Virtual Care

There’s never been a better time to try virtual care. Our PACE program participants have access to virtual care with their doctors, nurses and therapists from the safety of their own home.

Social Distancing

Social Distancing

Social distancing is still one of the best ways to slow the spread of COVID-19.  Our participants have received care at home during the pandemic which has allowed us to maintain social distancing within our centers.

Limited Contact
 Limited Contact

Older adults and those with chronic health conditions should continue to avoid groups of people and stay home whenever possible.  Flattening the curve and stunting the spread of COVID-19 means reducing contact with others whenever possible.

Enhanced Cleaning

Enhanced Cleaning

Remember to wash your hands, disinfect surfaces, and cover your coughs and sneezes.  Taking simple extra precautions when we're at risk of exposure is the first step to protecting yourself and others.

  • Avoid sharing personal items
  • Clean all "high-touch" surfaces everyday
