Day of Orientation
We’re excited to welcome you to new hire orientation! During this time, you’ll learn about our mission, culture, vision, and the essential training for your role. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet your manager and teammates who will support you on your journey with PACE.
Detailed information about your first day will be sent to you via email once all onboarding components are completed AND cleared.
Please bring the following items with you on orientation day:
- Copies of your professional license and BLS certification (if required for your position)
- If you’re enrolling in benefits, have your dependent information ready, including:
- Marriage License
- SSN of your dependents
- Birth Certificate
- Direct deposit information if not previously provided
- Driver's license and proof of insurance if position requires driving
What to wear?
Business Casual attire or scrubs is recommended for your first day. Please verify dress code for your specific position with your hiring manager.
- For colleagues whose positions do not require a uniform, the colleagues must wear appropriate business attire, whether on site or engaged in remote work.
- While the following examples are not all-inclusive, they are intended to provide general parameters for professional business attire.
- Examples of appropriate attire: business suit, sports jacket or blazer, dress slacks, dress capris, collared shirt, sweater, dress, skirt, blouse, and Health Ministry approved logo wear.
