Trinity Health PACE is thrilled to extend our reach to the state of Louisiana and open our doors to the senior community of Alexandria with our new facility, now serving Rapides and Avoyelles Parishes.

PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, and our full-circle care assists seniors with aging in place at home where they are most comfortable. As one of the largest PACE providers in the country, we proudly provide care to over 3,000 seniors nationwide. Trinity Health PACE programs have garnered national acclaim for providing high quality, comprehensive care to the seniors in the communities we serve.
